[FIXED]Computer wont go to sleep..[FIXED]
I've been having this issue for a couple weeks. When I try to put my computer into sleep mode, it goes to sleep, but I can still hear the computer running as if it's still on. The light on the front of the case is blinking, the screen is black, but it's not fully asleep. All the lights on my mouse and keyboard are still lit up as well. Also, it won't turn back on like it should from sleep mode. When I press buttons on the keyboard and click on the mouse, nothing happens. So I have to hold down the power button and wait for it to shut off completely. Then when I turn it back on, it starts as if it were in sleep mode. No real loading time, just clicks right back on, and all my windows are still the way I left them. If I leave the computer alone, it automatically goes into the same sleep mode issue.
Any suggestions? I don't know shit about computers. All I found for this issue is changing something to S3 mode?

Re: Computer wont go to sleep..
Found this! been happening to my computer! but that fixed it!
Find My Computer, right click and hit Properties: hardware: Device Manager.
hit the plus sign (+) by Network Adapters and double click on yours.
Either click on Advanced or Power Manegement and make sure "allow this device to bring this computer out of standby" is unchecked.

It wont let me check that box. I don't get it. I just randomly started doing it. I don't know if it was a Windows update or anything like that.
Son of a bitch!

Re: [FIXED]Computer wont go to sleep..[FIXED]
So I figured it out finally.
Just had to go into BIOS, then scroll over to the 'POWER' tab at the top, the go to the 'Suspend Mode' option and change it to S3(Only). Somehow it got changed to AUTO, which caused it to do whatever it thought it should do.
