In one tiny little package..I repeat ONE SINGLE TINY PACKAGE all of you DX8 users can expierience the wonderful quality of DX9 water textures and more without losing a single frame. What is this you say you wont lose a single frame!!!!! The answer lies in the file..not only does it slice, dice, cube, pwn, and just completely make your sex life F*CKING AMAZING! No unfortunately my card is a DX8 Card. I have to run my game in DX8 because if I run it in 9 like im "suppose too" my frames drop down to the 30's. This patch allows people that have to run in DX8 to get the quality of DX9 card users without losing the framerate. This patch simply amplifies the reflections and water effects in the game for DX8 users.
