Hey i would like to improve my PS skills, if you would happen to have any advice.or tut's at hand could you share them with me?

And say im making a sig, to fill in the background would i use a brush? to make it look all wiggy? o_o

Learn photoshop, get good, hone your html skills, learn to make good sprays and steam skins, and I just might find a place for you on teh GDT.

So in question, is dream weaver a good program? just a random question, and didn't feel like creating a new thread..lol

I use it to edit my php files and my .tpl (forum layout) files because it gets the lines right (notepad fucks 'em up sometimes), it numbers the lines, and it color-codes shit so I know if I've made a syntax error.

So yeah. It's a good program. I'd suggest learning how to build sites with raw html and not use any sort of crutch like that though... not until you KNOW how to do it with just your fingertips and notepad.
