Well it all started on.... well tonight. This pissed off spanish guy came in wanting to exchange out his full matress and box for a set of queen matress and box. However several days before i called around asking stores if they had this particular Queen mat and box. Next close place near where we live was Fort Lauderdale. So this dumbass kept saying he wanted "biher... matress..." I'm trying to hold in my temper so i told the guy good luck going to Fort Lauderdale cause i know it's a long drive away from our store. Well he came in without his reciept so i made his ass call his fat ugly ass wife to bring the receipt. After the reciept hit my hand i gave him a refund for his matress and box, it was so funny seeing his ass carry the matress and box off of his truck and putting it on our sidewalk. He damn near dropped it 3 times. Our CSS stapled the refund slip to his reciept and told the guy that he was able to go. I was like, "Oh shit i got that F*CKER's receipt" So i took that shit over to my assistant manager who already dealt with this guy once before and told him i had the F*CKERS reciept and i was going to throw it in the trash, but he said that i should hide it.... so i did. That F*CKER bought like 2,000 worth of furniture shit, now if he wants to return something he can't do it because i have the F*CKER's receipt. God how i love F*CKING him over in the long run :-D
