There are other ways to modify your game other than hacks -duh-. Some people, like myself, get tired of the same ol' glock or the standard P90. Yeah I download a bunch of crap to make the guns in my game look awesome/diffrent/stupid. Sadly, they do not change the way the gun works. Anyways, I am pretty sure I am not the only person that has modded my game to some extent. What have you guys done to your weapons?

So far I have made the Clarion look like an M16, the knife look like a katana, the Seal CT model look like master cheif, the P90 now looks like the Assualt rifle from halo, and the Machine gun is a Vulcan gun. I have editted other guns in the game but I think this list is long enough.

uhm.. i installed the fusion pack for 1.6 onto cz. it replaces everything, sounds models etc etc and even adds some shit on maps. all the models are bad ass and the gun models/sounds are F*CKING sweet. i deleted some sounds and models tho.

never bothered before b/c I always found that leagues either disallowed it or frowned upon custom models. They wouldnt be too happy if you demos showed a bunch of high contrast skins.

but whatever floats your boat... anyway, wouldn't putting really bright pink skins on everyone be kinda cheap? I mean if you light someone up like a xmas tree, it makes it alot easier to target them if they're a dark area. Anyway... just a thought.

Do you need a password to install the fusion pack?

aight i got the pw, now were do i install it?

install it in the czero folder.. then go there and look for cstrike and copy and paste all the models to the models folder and all the sounds to the sounds folder.

I have custom weapons for every weapon in CZ, lol nothing stock on my counterstrike but the player models lol

no leagues right now... i haven't done the whole serious competition thing for two years now... required lots of time scrimming, talk strats, etc... every night... and it was a committment. I like to keep gaming light and fun... nothing too stressful... but when you got a teamleader that's shouting in your ear over ventrillo or teamspeak... we'll it can get a bit aggravating.

CZ amd CSS weapons are built diffrently. Weapons on CZ are usually 3 diffrent files which begin with the letters V,W, or P depending on which view it is (1st 2nd or 3rd person). Now CSS weapons are composed of many diffrent parts. They have the 3 views but the structure is not colored directly. Instead the textures are put in a seperate folder known as resources. So no you cannot put CSS custom-made weapons on CZ.
