 Just a thought...
Was wondering if you could disable joining specific teams to prevent map-change stacking. At least until the first 3 rounds pass, that way if a person needs to choose to switch later on in the game for balancing it would still be available.

there is a way to force players to autojoin a team, but this has been talked about several times in the 3.5 years i've been here, and i'm pretty sure it is not going to happen.

Most of the highly skilled n00b members (most of them are also admins) actively switch teams to balance things out. Also, admins can switch team members if they deem that there's stackage. So it's only an issue if there are no admins present, or if the admins are the ones doing it (which is not that likely).
