Post SenSui @TeH Movies! X-Men: First Class
Welcome to the first installment of my n00bfest movie reviews!

This week I'm reviewing the new Summer Blockbuster X-Men: First Class and I already know what you are thinking considering X-Men 3 sucked a bag of dicks...but you will NOT be dissappointed spening $10 on this prequel! I honestly have to say that this beats out the original and maybe X2 because boy is this a rollercoaster. The main plot of the movie without spoiling is a constant battle over the heart and mind of Erik aka Magneto as he is the lynch pin towards the future of the human race.

Now a lot of you might be asking after seeing the first X-Men, what happens after that brutal first scene in thew Nazi death camp? Well that question is answered as we find a villain more evil than the Nazi's themselves...after witnessing the tragic event inside the "Dr.'s" lab, the audience is on the side of Magneto through the rest of the film with a big cheer for himk towards the end of movie!

We get to see a host of other mutants and their beginnings including Mystique, who you root for as well, Beast, Havok, the Echo Kid, and apparently a new mutant with a mix of HellBoy and Night Crawler. All are acted convincingly with only a few corny moments.

Overall definitely the front runner for best movie this summer, terrifically acted, and very much worth the 2 hours!!

I give this 4 luffwaffle fat rolls out of 5!

I thought it was really bad compared to the other X-men shows...really, really bad.

I think this is by far the best movie marvel has made. Compared to the other Xmen movies? way better, they were a little cheesie and bad all around. I thoroughly loved magneto, and was cheering for him in the theatre to kill some bitches. I'd agree with 4/5

I actually liked that one better than xmen-last stand loved the part with wolverine and i ♥ havoc was one of the lesser known of the x-men but always liked him. Over all though i thought the movie was good, good acting by all the main cast and lol at the first guy to die... the black guy.

No matter what they do, they will never be able to make for the utter disaster that they created by making the Juggernaut a mutant, and toning his power down by 20000%.

I plan on seeing this film later this afternoon, *crossing fingers* hoping its at LEAST as entertaining as the Wolverine movie, but most likely will not top X-2.

And reborn is right, juggernaut was proffesor x's brother and was never a mutant. He was empowered by the helmet (and i belive a crystal in some comics)

But yeah the movies have trashed the story, and by having so many films and never having the baddest villian who was nearly impossible to beat NOT show up is horrific itself. WHERE THE F*CK IS APOCALYPES?!

Did you see it? What did you think?!

Magneto was bad ass..."I'm going to count to three..."

"I believe in everything you just said, except you killed my mother..."

X-men 3 was bad but it didn't bore the crap out of me in the middle like First Class did. First Class was ok but nothing special.

Whew, I was starting to think that something was wrong with me, like I was the only one who thought that.

The movie was worth the $6 I paid for it, but I wouldn't pay full price.

In a way it makes sense for the movie. If they portray Juggernaut the way he is supposed to be in the comics, the entire movie fails. Not even all of the X-men combined will be able to beat him. At best, they might be able to temporarily push him back. The only thing they could do is to do what Marvel does in the comics when they want the heroes to stand a chance - say that Cytorrak (the cosmic entity who gives the Juggernaut his power) is displeased at him because he doesn't cause enough destruction (Juggernaut is his avatar of destruction), and powers him down. That wouldn't work really well in a movie. What they did is even worse.

They tried to capitalize on the "I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!" meme.

Yah..but i really did like first class probably because we got to see the other mutants and not the overly populated ones...although the hank mccoy kinda irritated me he was skinny bitch lol, every movie/comic ive seen he was a buff guy.

Okay I might see it. I'm kind of skeptical because the old cast isn't there but I might see it.
