I have the mx518 and i use 4. sens in game, and use the middle setting of dpi, so i think 1200

I saw a video that was from hedon a swedish pro. He said 2 and it has worked well for me

im using 3.17 sensitivity not sure how i got to .17 just random but i liked it so stuck with it
