Any reason why we should accept you given your previous acts of assholery and name-changing? I'm not purposely being an asshole, I just want a little collateral and assurance that if we allow you RCT status, we won't come to regret it.

Yeah, I Was playing under a different name when i wasnt a rct and me and Joe are Friends and he didn't know it was me and he kicked me from the server cuz my internet was really bad so i lagg skipped and i got better internet and i apologized to Joe, He said he would have Handled it Differently if he knew it was me.

which is why you pick a name and stop changing it this is why admins get pissed off then people who change their names and get banned for being douche bags in server while under a diffrent name and think they deserve some kind of respect

and that makes it alright? rct or not you play in the sever enough that people know who you are the point is why should we honestly accept you when you have past history of being a dick and the name changing doesnt help either and most of all you came out publicly in the forums and called out a admin like that (even tho Joe is a dickhead).

In all honesty this is what your 3rd time applying? What's stopping you from raging at someone else or just peacing out again? Nothing. In any case you broke our rules by complaining about an admin in the open forums and you got no punishment from it. The council will decide if you should be accepted again until then your app is put on hold until further notice.
