Played for a little bit last night. It's fun, and very fast paced, but I am still struggling to get kills and cash...

I hated this game at first. Seriously. The keys were different for each class. I would get sniped out of no where -- or grappled by an assassin. It was annoying as F*CK.

Then, I played like 6 Single Player (10, 20, and 30 rounds) games with one class and think I finally have the commands down, etc.

If anyone gets frustrated like I did, I recommend you pick a class, and only play that class for in single player games until you're comfortable raping 30 rounds of bots by yourself.

Yeah fom that's what I'm in the process of doing. Great advice.

another game we should try and get a server going. there are not too many out there and with the amount of n00bs that play we can keep the server @ a good amount of people with constant outside traffic

I'd frequent an MNC n00bfest server. No doubt.

Also, how well you do in this game is really dependent upon a.) how many people are playing with and against you and b.) what everyone on your team and on the other team has picked as a class.

As far as a ded server goes, I'll let you know in about a week if I feel I'd frequent it. This game is possibly every bit as complex balance wise as WoW PVP, and takes more skill.

Or, it's a mess that I'll give up. One or the other.

They don't have linux support for the dedicated server right now. I have it preloaded on the server, but I checked and the only binaries available are for Windows. I had Strange do some digging before I even installed it on the server and he told me the same thing (just figured I'd check anyway).

Apparently there are a lot of folks requesting linux server support, and since it's such an early game and there's high demand for it, it may be included in a patch.

I haven't seen many people playing lately. :/ I hope that you guys aren't already bored with it. I was playing for hours the past few days and I just love it more each time I play. Anyone up for some gaming tonight?

i might be able to game on it tonight don't know how busy i will be though

my laptop plays the game just fine with just a lil spiking so yours can probably handle it.
