My ex girlfriend was a disability rights attorney and probably would have jumped all over the "3d is no good for one eyed people" thing. But since she hates me because I broke up with her over skype, I don't think she'd take the case.

I still think 3d has a long way to come before it's great. It's still a gimmick imo, and indeed it eliminates people with one good eye from any kind of enjoyment.
