By the time most of you read this, I'll be headed back home to Florida from Austin at about 7 AM. It's about 0530 now so I've had no sleep. I'm going to smoke a cigarette, hope my diarrhea stops today, and pray that all goes well in court. For some of you who don't know, I made a thread a month or two ago about how my ex was assraping me regarding child support. While I have no problem supporting my son, I don't make enough as an E-4 in the US Army to feed 3 dependents and live happily. I don't mind paying $250-$300 a month, but $510 is what they are asking for, and I simply can't afford to feed the other side of my family if I get docked that kind of pay. I tried to tell my ex that by her gaining child support through the court system, my son will lose all of his disability because the government will assrape me for the cost. She didn't believe me. Instead, she thought she'd get a $675 check plus another $510 to waste on whatever. It was confirmed by child support that she'll only be getting $510.22 a month total from me, and $165 from the government to total out at -- guess how much -- $675, which is what his disability is. Now, I'm not one to bitch about using the government, but it's a legit reason. I work for the government, and I still pay taxes just like everyone else. When I called her to tell her she was F*CKING us both and our son, she thought I was trying to put her on a guilt trip. My plane leaves in a couple hours and my court hearing is on the 22nd. I'm representing myself in this case because I can't afford a lawyer. JAG will not help me, and Public Defenders won't touch it, because it's basically the government against the government in both situations. This can't happen because the case is over child support which the government is always in favor for achieving so they can make some extra cash off the "automatic docking" they do. They'll pull $510.22 a month, and then charge me $30 to do it every time. I've never been the kind of person to hit a female, but I did head-butt one in the face once, and now I'm so happy to say that it was her. For the longest time, this court date has been one of my biggest concerns in the future and happiness of my family which stays with me here in Texas. I refuse to get raped by the government and their so-called child support bullshit. I've payed this girl money every month, and now that she's split with her husband because he lost his unemployment check, she's looking at me to be the main man of her family again, and it's not about to happen.

On another note, if you're around the Port Saint Lucie/Vero Beach/Jensen Beach/Stuart area, come give me a visit. I won't have a vehicle, since I'm broke as shit and since I'm flying, but it would be nice to kick it with a few of you I have had fun with before around my place, and would be nice to see some of you I've never met. All you've got to do is decide to come see me. I'll even buy you a couple drinks. If you have my cell number (and most of you who live around me do) please give me a call in a couple days or so if you can make it out for a night. It would have to be a weeknight, but if you make decent bank I'm sure you can handle hanging out for one day instead of working ;). I'll keep you guys updated from my iphone as everything settles down, but I won't have access to a computer very much, so don't expect quick responses.

Just made it home a few hours ago. Posting from my iphone. Tonight was a great night. I played guitar at the house with a couple of my sister's friends and my sister sang. We had a blast, and it sure does feel good to be back home. I think the court will be pretty good to me. I've set all my ducks in a row getting ready for this, so only time will tell what the decision will be. My legs are okay, but there's absolutely nothing they can do for me. I don't know what's going on with me regarding military status. I just had a bone scan done but I won't know the results until I get back to Texas. Will let you guys know what is going on once I go to court.
