A few days ago, I popped the History channel on at my in-laws' place and watched a special about Tango Blast, a pretty large gang (~14,000 strong if the documentary was correct) that make their homes in Houston, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin. They like to make show of their membership with bigass tattoos, area codes of the place they hail from, and they're pretty fond of violent crime. I was just curious if any of you Texas folks have had any personal experiences with any of these gang members (something you saw, someone you interacted with, or someone you know who was involved with one of them), given how pervasive they are.

i saw that episode a few months ago, pretty interesting, but im not from texas, nor do i associate with criminals (intentionally) lolz

Im From H-Town in The Lone Star state .......Yea I saw that Gangland episode the Houstone's they mostly hang in south park south east side Houston But I think the TEXAS CINDACET ( cindacet is not the right spelling but the ARMY doesnt pay me to Spell ) I think they are way worst of Gang in Texas than Tango they been around alot longer and do way more violent crimes.
