Most of the time when you say shit in the main it doesn't all get read. So much shit going on, stuff can get over looked easily. Even a simple post in the forums for clarification would have been better than, "well i said it in the server and no one said anything, so im going to keep doing it". Yea the rules aren't very clear on this type of situation, i'll throw that out there in your defense, but the common sense factor of this situation is way to big to overlook.

Life's an alright kid.He's an idiot that made a mistake.He called out that he had scripts and skins for a while.i for one didn't know skins could make a huge impact and were illegal in our servers.I now know and so does Life and the rest of us who did not know.If you said in the server"I use blah blah blah" and noone said shit to you how would you take it?would you think"oh shit they seem like its alright awesome i can use this."or would you think"well no one is responding to this i guess i should take it off?"The majority of us would keep them on if we thought they were safe to use in the server.He fucked up and he is obviously sorry.If anything i think we should demote him to rct.Perma is too severe for a mistake that anyone could have done.

Also, even if he did say something about skins in server, i dont think he clarified that the enemy was a bright ass red or anything like that
