Monk and I both saw something was up recently and I'm sure everyone else did as well when lifescan constantly spammed rank, session, statsme, etc in game and was obsessed with his rank. He stacked the easy team every map, and would refuse to move unless monk or I moved him. Even after repeated warnings. Stacking is not something I take lightly. Cheating is not something I take lightly. You're guilty of both. And you pleading ignorance and negligence is bullshit. You knew exactly what you were doing because I know I for one have told you. I know others have told you.

For some of you that don't know - lifescan was also banned from Modern Warfare 2 for cheating "because everyone else was doing it." He thought he could get away with it there, and then he came back and tried to get away with it here too. That's bullshit. Don't give him a second chance. I'm tired of his shit.

If he is not going to get perma banned then the above list is a minimum alternative in my book.

I still prefer permanent ban.

This is actually the whole reason why I stopped playing.

It's so bad that I actually thought of getting some skins or exploits for the game myself.
And I'm sure that's how it starts one person does it, and then more people do it in order to have an edge.

This ZACATI/ Lifescan person or whatever you want to be called is a douchebag just like anyone else that uses exploits/skins/cheats.

Listen Life, take it from me; hacks aren't worth it bro. Sometimes you have to take a step back and ask yourself what's more important: getting l33t scores, or making some legitimate (even if only online) friendships. Communities like n00bfest are few and far between and it's really a shame to throw it all away for scores that, in reality, don't change shit about your RL. I'm not judging you at all, but take it from somebody that's been through this: if you take some time away and think about things, any punishment is worth being able to play with a bunch of cool guys from around the world. Take it like a man and put up with anything that gets thrown your way and make sure to not F*CK up again! Good luck mate.

I say perm ban.

He had plenty of chances to come clean since the Montreal incident. If he doesn't respect the community enough to play clean, he can find a different community to play with. He was here when Montreal was banned, and he was also here when Krane, Imagine and Ginzu were banned. There's no reason to give him a second chance when other n00bs have not been given the same. Fair treatment for everyone!

I'm just gonna throw my $0.02 out there, and I know it doesn't mean much on the grand scale of n00b. I've always looked down upon skins and I always disapproved when I heard of players using them, but I will be honest and admit, even as an admin, that I was unsure of the legality of skins in the community up until this very instance. While I think that Lifescan's use of these skins is cheating and warrants punishment, I don't believe that his punishment should be as severe as Montreal's or that one Asian kid who was in n00b that we banned with krane a few months ago.

Basically, I'm with Greatness on this because of a few reasons:

- I've heard lifescan say that he used skins and he said it in a full server to get our opinions on it... and this was like 2 weeks ago. Nobody really clarified it for him from what I remember, so it was probably confusing. I know I was a little unsure of the position of skins. Granted, he should've asked in the forum, but we were still aware of it and it never registered in my head to ban him or punish him as I would someone with aimbots or walls.

- I like Lifescan. He's always been cool to me and the other admins and he never annoyed me because he never spammed the mic. He also always killed me not by camping me out or baiting, but in the open. Now before Hooker or Tiki take offense to that first sentence, they're still my gay-lover-bitches of whom I often have to bend over and rape/put them in their place... but thats a different story.

To sum it all up, punishment is in order, but not punishment on the level of Montreal or that Asian guy. Just my opinion, and I apologize if anything I said above was untrue (my memory is shit).

I have weapon skins but none that give me an advantage-- just to be safe I'll go back to default, the novelty of having futuristic dualies & realistic fiveseven has worn off anyway.

i would just like to say that this incident was not about hacks. it was more about the illegal use of skins. The skins i used can be deemed as cheats on one server and the other could be deemed as fair (the same goes for scripts) ALSO, as you know my public reveal to the use of a scout with laser scope is in the same league as the skins we are talking about now. I would like to request a q & a on me so i can answer all questions people have. I HAVE NEVER USED WALLHACKS OR AIMBOTS. also human error on the judgement between right and wrong when rules are not clearly stated has to be accounted for.

and montreal i would F*CKING take the punishment but these guys aint giving me a chance: perma ban for some silly skins in which i didnt even know i was doing wrong until i was told; and that i removed as instructed.

Being ignorant of the rules of n00bfest is NOT an excuse. You chose not to check up with anyone to see if it's legal or not. You claim you didn't know it was wrong...No offense, but are you a moron? You STATED that you could see through boxes and you had a laser dot sight scout, you might as well be hacking. That is an unfair advantage.
