If any of you have any stocks or mutual funds that you're thinking about investing in, the time has come once more. It's not like Feb. 2009 when you could pick and choose, but it's still a fire sale.

I wish I had the willpower to wait until the DOW went to 8800 or so, but I don't, this, to me is the absolute bottom.

Stock picks for me are C and ESLR. They're both critical and going to be worth more in the future. However, mutual funds are waaaaay cheap right now, if you need to plan, do it now, it's a good time. IMAX is a good investment too, if you have the cash for it, they actually withstood the crumble and they have been able to increase since the stock market fall. I really wish I would have had more in them...But I didn't, lulz.

netflix will be a good ride for a few months.

index funds right now would be a great buy also.

I see what your saying for the bottom but in this market more than any other you cant really time or predict anything. I wouldnt wait to when you think the bottom has arrived, it's best to invest a little at a time starting now if you can until the market regains its strength.

Why ESLR? At first glance, I don't see anything special about it and with the gov't having increasing funding problems I see alternative energy subsidies getting cut.

C is good but man its a long term investment at this point. It's still going to be awhile until it gets back up over $10.

Any good companies with high dividends is good too like PG and PNY
