Personally I am old and slightly deaf with a pissed off German wife so I can take alot of audio abuse, but if that thing was my daughter I would definitely seek some professional advice on how to fix that voice.
I really do not belive that was a female...the tonal inflection was all wrong, women just do not sound like that. If that pic is real then he is a queen...as a matter of fact it gave me flashbacks to that fucked up roomate I had back in the day which is why I made that roommate horror story post.
