in an update their back online, it was an internal clock issue seems like Sony just decided to wait it out, it's kinda like the 30gb zune situation.

What I want to know is how much of an idiot you have to be to make 2010 a leap year. It's not even divisible by 4, which is the first rule you need to check. At least with the zune issue, it was using x > y instead of x >= y, which is a completely honest mistake that a lot of programmers will make.
