If I were in a military predominantly populated by Buddhists, and we were in a war against a country that was mainly Christian, I might start to feel some loyalty toward my brothers and sisters on the other side. They should say to me "hey bro, since we're killing a bunch of people that you may sympathize with, maybe you should sit this one out".

Lets please stop pretending that we're all just generic human beings. We are NOT. We have religion, race, creed, and personal preferences that make all of us unique. Seems to me that we like to recognize our uniqueness at certain times, and pretend it doesn't exist at all when it suits us.

We are all unique. Being unique makes us notice the differences in others and how they vary from ourselves. Noticing the differences in others may inadvertently cause us to form an opinion of others, based on those differences. Therefore, having the ability to be unique causes bigotry.

I hate to say it, but a CNN Opinion article and a page from the South African Geocities just don't make compelling evidence to back up viewpoints.

Out of all three major religions that can be traced back to "Abraham", only Islam teaches it's followers to murder every person they see who isn't Muslim. This is a common theme in the Quran. I don't care what some "Holy Man" says in his opinion article about his faith. It's in writing. It's in the book. Look at it. It's plain as day.

I, however, take a different viewpoint from Corpse. Our military should be comprised only of Muslims. Based on their faith, it seems they would be the most adept at senselessly slaughtering our enemies. For our protection, we could inject them all with nano-machines that inhibit action without permission and make pre-programmed targets look like blasphemers.

Seriously, had my idea been implemented in 2001, the Afghan and Iraq wars would have been over in minutes. As soon as we told them that someone had been talking smack about Muhammad, our Muslimilitary would have been foaming at the mouth, able to run at well over one thousand miles per hour, and have super strength.

I would even venture that today the entire middle east and most of North Africa would be oil fields that are devoid of any human life other than those who live there to extract the oil. For us. But we could probably train camels to work the machines, so we wouldn't even have to pay to keep the black gold flowing.

Now, don't go citing the Crusades or the Jewish war fortress of Israel that was erected on May 14, 1948. Christians and Jews have both outright killed tons and tons of people over the years, but murder isn't a basic truth ingrained in them from a young age. The only common bound that followers of all three religions share is that they believe that a god exists and therefore they are retarded.

No matter how hard some may try to say otherwise, every major world religion has been practically bathed in blood. From Christianity to Islam to Hinduism to Buddhism and to whatever other major religion one wishes to include, people have killed ruthlessly in the name of their god or gods and their religion. Professed Christians have murdered in the name of their god, however, so have professed Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists. Christians have taken Biblical teachings and warped and twisted them to fit their own needs, but so have adherents to all other religions. The same applies to less intentional infractions. Adherents to every religion have done it. To select Christianity or Islam out of all the other religions is like saying one nation is responsible for all the deaths caused in the World Wars, and is false.
