Coach talked me into getting this book and reading it. At first, I was skeptical, and didn't like the way the author wrote it... there are no quotation marks for dialogue, and there are no chapters. He uses a lot of bad grammar (run-on sentences, etc), but the more I read, the more I loved it. The way Cormac McCarthy writes is just amazing... even though it took some getting used to.

The Road is one of the best books I've ever read. Hands down. Ever.

It's an amazing story, and everybody should read it.

I heard some good things about this book a while back. and I will probably see this movie when it comes out as well, my history of book reading isn't so great, minus school textbooks haha
