Actually to add to reynolds post. Make sure any time you get a new(used) car to do the following:every time you fill up the gas check all your fluids. for instance my first car a 88 toyota cressida(weee ae86!) was using around a pint of oil every month. At some point a week or two before it died it decided to either A spring a leak or B to start drinking oil instead of gas. long story short my engine got toasted.....sniff by ae86.... ofc i did find out YEARS later that the engine in my particular model had a major issue with its headgasket because it was speced for an asbestos one but they pulled it out right before production because asbestos can cause cancer and the material it was replaced with couldnt cut the mustard, so either you replaced the gasket the SECOND you started having issues or your engine fried.

Which brings me too my next point: always check for your cars common problems. No car ever made doesnt have some quirk you cant find online and save yourself a ton of time AND money finding out about BEFORE it goes wrong. Another instance of this would be how in my 92 honda accord the solinoid relay for the starter goes bad ALL the time, so carrying a few spares in the car can save you some costly tows.

Well my buddy just did a new oil change, It had some gunked up oil in it, Im going to get new air filter and fuel filters aswell as A set of tires. My buddy knows a shit ton about cars and things so hes gonna help me get the most out of my investment. I should be good, Now i just have to get it registered in the next few days and start regularly driving it. Its a nice car for the price.

Definitely a very "A to B" kind of car, but there's nothing wrong with that at all.

The shitty thing is that it will cost more to insure for a couple years than the POS is even worth.

Also don't forget to tint the windows and put some spinners on there to make it look pimp! If you can also add a wing on the back, it won't effect the handling for that type of car but it makes it look faster!
