I heard it was great and that GSP was even better.

 Re: UFC 154
Ya I guess GSP was better, he didn't just hold the guy down the whole time while doing nothing. He actually held him down while hitting him. But the one round that Condit did damage he did more then GSP the enitre match, you can just see that by their faces. Condit had 1 cut and that was it and GSP had a few cuts and bumps. Also anyone that thinks GSP has a chance against Anderson Silva is out of their mind, GSP is like a smaller and worse version of Sonnen. GSP has no stand up like Sonnen did a bit, and GSP doesn't have the take down strength needed to take Silva down. Silva is like a smaller Light Heavyweight. http://www.sherdog.com/news/news/UFC-Bo ... ight-47521

 Re: UFC 154
Yesterday's fight was great, I really enjoyed seeing the old GSP again. I think his injury gave him time to refocus; he seemed hungry for a win. davep wrote: Ya I guess GSP was better, he didn't just hold the guy down the whole time while doing nothing. That's pretty funny considering GSP is the welterweight champion of the world and Sonnen is just...a good trash-talker. That comment reminds me of the people that were saying that Koscheck was going to knock GSP out in the first round (and we all know what happened duringt that fight).

 Re: UFC 154
It was a great night of fights, and I was surprised the GSP fight went all 5 rounds. It was crazy to see him get rocked!!
I don't think GSP is stupid enough to fight Silva, but if he does, he will lose for sure. Silva is too tall and spider-like. If Silva can go up a weight class and win, which he has, there is no way a smaller guy can beat him.

GSP likes to throw his opponents around, just like Chael Sonnen does. He won't be able to do that to Silva at all because Silva's natural weight is that of a Light Heavyweight which is 2 classes above GSP. Also I hate Sonnen so don't get me wrong, but he gave Silva a run for his money almost twice and obviously the reason Jones didn't want to fight him is because Jones knew Sonnen would throw him around like a rag doll.

 Re: UFC 154
Thanks for the link I missed the fight. It was really an excellent fight. Personally I would love to see the super fight between GSP and Silva. I think that silva is just too long and elusive for GSP to do any real damage. He may take him down but damage would be minimal. Would be a great fight but would end up with Silva finishing.

 Re: UFC 154
He looked like that after Condit because he missed the kick that almost kocked him out. He still fucked up Condit pretty easily.

Besides the 30 seconds in the 2nd round and a few flurries here and there by Condit this was a pretty 1 sided fight with GSP pretty much having his way the entire fight. I dont think he missed a takedown attempt.

 Re: UFC 154
The fight between GSP and Silva will be too mismatched weight wise. GSP fights Welterweight and Silva walks around at Light Heavy Weight and cuts to fight at Middle Weight. GSP would be giving up too much weight to fight him fairly.

They don't fight the same though. I think it's gonna be interesting on both sides. Anyone knows when it's gonna be?

 Re: UFC 154
GSP won't commit to it! It will be a long while before he does something so risky.

 Re: UFC 154
Dana White says around May 2013, if GSP takes the fight. The only reason GSP will take the fight is for the money which it will be a huge payout if he does fight Silva.
