Re: China Trip *Photo's Added* Some may be NSFW*
lol. I love the food there. I'd much rather have their food than ours. Tastes a lot better. There's so much more flavor. The conditions can get pretty dirty there, but that's only because we're used to having such high standards. The street food is the only food I worried about eating. Just because the pollution is so bad. But I was fine. It's funny how dirty it looks outside, but all the peoples apartments I went into were spotless. But once they go outside, they could care less. Just throwing their trash over their shoulder. lol. I can't wait to go back.

Glad you had fun tho, just not my cup of tea. Id still like to experience it sometime though, glad you made it home with all your organs bud. Yeah im pretty sure i saw a brown boiled egg and goat penis. The city looks like a pretty sweet place though.

It turns brown when you cook it in a brown sauce..

I guess I can't say everything is smaller. I can also say I lied when I said the eggs are the same color. They have lots of different types. But that was just a standard chicken egg. The 100 year old eggs look pretty cool though. Like purple snowflakes on the egg lol. But most people draw the line before the would try one of those. Although they are good.

But they're perfectly fine to eat. My girlfriend calls them 1000 year old eggs.but I doubt they're any where near 100 even. Just a name. But they are old. Most of the time you wouldn't eat one by itself. It's in some sort of soup. But they taste fine. I've been eating them for a couple years now. Can't really describe it. Something you have to try for yourself. I'm one of those people that's willing to try anything at least once. Sometimes even if I don't like it the first time, I'll try it again later on. You would be surprised of the things your opinion changes on. Lol. Some of my favorite foods now, are things I nearly threw up over just a year ago. But I'm just weird like that.

Re: China Trip *Photo's Added* Some may be NSFW*
You can get them at pretty much any Asian market. They're called 'Preserved Duck Eggs.' Or they may be called "Century Eggs.' When you peel one, you may either be discouraged to eat it, or amazed. lol. the best way to eat them is in Congee. Also, if they are pure black when you peel them, they wont taste so good. You want them to be a dark brownish color, and when you hold them up to a light, you can see through the outside edges. Here's a photo of some peeled ones, so you can get an idea. No, they aren't painted. That is what they actually look like. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_MNeIB6juRbE/S ... 08+004.jpg
