Idea: Firearm Enthusiast sub-forum?
I would have to say that there are plenty of gun enthusiasts in N00bfest with people who want help and people who are happy to give it.
It's just an idea I had, so I thought I would bring it up here, call a vote, and see what everyone thinks.
Or, keep it to the members section.
If there was a Firearm Enthusiast sub-forum, I would say that it possibly should be only be able to be accessed by N00bs like the member section is.
Thoughts? Comments?

Re: Idea: Firearm Enthusiast sub-forum?
I think we have had enough firearm posts to warrent such a subforum.
My only worry is that we'll have kiddies come in and piss of the gunning vets

Just have moderators who can delete those posts and ban from the section if it continues.

Yeah, I wouldn't be too worried about anyone pissing anyone off or anything annoying, especially if it's restricted to n00bs only.

This would be a good addition to the forum.

It would probably be fine as just an open forum. That's for someone with more power than me (which is none) to decide. The n00b only thing would just be for a layer of security to keep randoms out, but it might not be necessary.

I support this idea. I'm trying to learn as much as possible about firearms and I think some of the people here have lots of knowledge to share, so why not ?

I support this as well. I dont think it needs to be n00b only. We do have moderators that handle bans and deleting posts.

Re: Idea: Firearm Enthusiast sub-forum?
Any input from those who actually voted "no?"

Does the administration have any input in this?
