You might have heard about this. If not, here are a couple links to get you up to speed. It's the Sarah Phillips-ESPN scandal, if that's the right word. Sarah is an ESPN columnist (sports betting) (or, rather, was) and a current Oregon State student. Another OSU student appears to have been working with her and reportedly working a nationwide scam (nobody really knows wtf yet). That's the background info, in the first link, here:

Now, a recent graduate of OSU saw this coverage and decided to drive down and try to find her, live-tweeting the whole operation. A reporter of the LB Commuter collected a whole slew of them and posted them on her blog, which is here:

The crazy part about all of this is that the address listed for the company and "Sarah Phillips" is the same apartment complex I live in, and the building right next to mine. I'll update you when I find out more, but it's already hit Huffington Post, so this shit will go national.

Well...I gotta hand it to them...sounds like they scammed their way into a few thousand dollars without having to really do shit but type a few bullshit articles and place a few bets here and there.
