Looks like a prettier CSS and the guns aren't backwards either! As long as they don't F*CK with the core mechanics I'll be buying

I hope its just like a CSS with newer graphics and some of the interp issues fixed i hope some in n00b get into the beta so they can play it and let me know if its worth buying.

Honestly, the game looks like shit. From what ive seen, the only way ill play it is if its free and thats a maybe.

I have to agree. To me it looks like the game insurgency that got some modern looking player skins. If they fix the actual gameplay problems that would be F*CKING nice but then again im not getting my hopes up.

That demo better NOT be the new CS, WTF were all those randy shots comming from? I never saw 1 enemy just bullets flying and the weapons look even faker than source : /

To be honest when they showed the AWP on the video I thought it looked exactly like one sniper gun from COD:BO


The graphics are better but it just look so much like a game you would play on a console system than a PC. The buying menu, even thought it has the numbers, it's now a circle, which make easier on the sticks of controls for the PS3 and the 360

I'm not so enthusiastic about this one but i'll buy it and i'll try it. If it turns out to be a major WTF IS THIS SHIT? type of deal i'll just go back to our "beloved" CSS and be on my marry way.

Seriously WOW....The "AK" looks like a box with a sawed-off shortened barrel.....LOL don't even resemble an AK or even look like a rifle.

How can you decide on whether or not your going to buy it based on 2 videos and it looks like its still in a alpha build... I really like like the molotov coctail idea but i would hope that it would also slow players on it too looked like in the second video the guy was walking normal

I wouldn't judge this game too much in the early stages; I personally thought the player models looked pretty shitty, but dismissed my hatred on the likelihood that they'll change before the game is released.

I was disappointed to see the fact that it's not a new engine and uses the "same mechanics" as some that are already used. I think that had been understood for a while but I must have missed it.

I'll definitely be buying it and trying it because I know I can always have CSS to fall back on lol.

Right now, I leave my reaction as "meh"

I want this to be so good that it makes me play cs again.But the models were kinda floaty and it just basically looked like a cleaned up source.But ill hold my breath and check out the final product.For me 1.4 was the pinnacle that they will never achieve again.But thats me,still hope this ones great.
