 More reasons to love n00bfest:
So before I began playing css, or really any other games I played Guildwars. I've been on a multitude of teams - played in a lot of guilds and before I quit I had joined the most recent one I had been in, just to follow some buddies so when gw2 came out we could find eachother.
There I was playing, and this guy who is an officer (comparable to our admins) get into an argument - he gets extremely, extremely butthurt. Because I didn't and wouldn't agree with him, mostly because he was an ignorant prick, but also because he is used to people rolling over because he's an officer. I ended up getting kicked from the guild I've been a member in for almost four years now. Not once did I flame, I provided an opposing view to his.
I've been in much bigger bitchfights here, and used much stronger language and I'm still here.
Long story short, this is one of the few communities where you can actually voice your opinion on any topic, and stand your ground to anyone, regardless of rank. For those of you recruits joining, once you're in you're in for life. There's a difference between an argument a fight. In an argument you still retain your respect for the person you're arguing with. Remember that. You can always disagree with someone, but when you do it - be respectful. Be aware of who you're talking to.
And never tell an elder/ancient to stfu unless you want me to bitch smack you.

as a recruit I can only say that this is about 89.34% true. you can speak your mind but there are certain ppl that you just dont mess with at all and out of respect I now know that I am going to get some shit aka hazing and then sometimes people are just dicks. I have had more fun on this server than any that I have played on and I have played this game since 1.3.

I agree this community is great. Such a no bullshit community. As a recruit though, if I voice my opinion I get slapped and set on fire and blinded and randomly exploded on the server... Which is totally lolstastic :D
