well from what i saw....still is not American idol worthy. his notes where off....by quiet a bit and it sounded like he didn't know some of the song at some parts

If I were to guess, I think he's half deaf/mute or something similar. I've had a friend of mine who sounded like that because he couldnt hear himself speaking (he wasn't deaf but became deaf), so he wouldnt know how long to keep saying a sound and what not...
