 n00bfest gun show
Another new gun, a pistol. It's a Ruger SP101 double action only .357.
Other side:
Laying quietly on my n00bfest hat that is quite nasty and salty from all the hours at the shooting range:
First time I shot 50 rounds through it, my arm felt like it was going to fall off. It packs quite a punch. I'm getting a bit more use to it now, I've put around 400 rounds through it and around 200 .38 special rounds through it. The .38 is a lot easier on the wrist!

Completely off the subject, but can anyone special order a n00bfest hat with their name on it?

I think if I remember correctly he actually went to a local shirt printer and had that done, I don't think he went to the store for that...

I've shot one of those 357 snub noses before, they're F*CKING hand cannons. It had more kick than the S&W 500 .50cal i shot. It's because of the weight. Nice.

Yeah, I got that hat made at the mall for like 27 bucks or something. I have this other hat:
See on the bill, where it has the text? That's how I'd like to get the next hat made, but I live in the asshole of Texas and people here say it can't be done. Obviously it can, but by whom? Where?
The text on the side can be done here, my n00bfest hat says n00bfest on the side. But when they made it, they put it to where it sits right above the ear and you can't make out what it says.
This is where I'd like to put [n00b], but once again, people here say it can't be done. I gotta find some place that'll do the work.
Here's the side of the n00b hat:
And my big Vulcan ear covers the text:
If I could find a place that would make a hat like the top hat, I'd get it done in a heartbeat. I think it'd look awesome, but nobody seems to do that shit around here. I'd hate to go online and get it done, they might F*CK it up. But I'd get it done online if I could be assured they'd do it properly.

About the only thing I regret is getting the shorter barrel, I wish I would have spent an extra 200-300 bones for a mid-large size. It'll make a good conceal carry weapon, but I gotta test with this thing. Since I'm applying for my instructor certificate, I have to pass with a 90% or better. At 3 and 7 feet, I do just fine. When I get to 15 feet, that recoil kicks me in the ass. It's a lot worse than my Glock 21sf .45: With a little more practice, I think I will be able to manage it.

Nice piece Coach. Thanks for posting up, I've been thinking of getting one of these for CC. I thought the recoil would be brutal. Love Ruger's and the .357 mag.
I have a Ruger GP 100 6" .357 mag that I love. The extra weight helps to tame those hot loads. It's not a conceal weapon by any means but it's more of a hunting and 100 yard rock duster gun.
I don't know if you reload or not but if you load some "cowboy" loads of 158 grain lead SWC's the recoil is light and they are dead accurate. Not sure if they will let you shoot those to qualify with or not though.
Happy shooting

See that and raise you 1 more buck, that he will die at the same age, but in a massive suicide practice, with strawberry flavored cool-aid.
Also, coach, is that red xbox controller the one that come´s with the special xbox360 edition of RE5???.
Nice gun btw, post the pics of your AR-15, please.

That rifle has only jammed once, and that was the ammunition, not the gun. Kinda sucked that it happened when Strange and company were down here, pfft. Stupid foriegn ammo!
That controller was a Walmart special, 49.95, LOL.
