Heyy, Umm i could use some CS:S Help


I Will be playing in a server and out of nowhere the screen will randomly fade black. The Fadeout will last anywhere from 1 to 5 seconds. It is a slow fade and returns slowly it is kinda like being semi blind. I need some help from you computer smarty people.

It's a mod that disables sight as a spectator so that you can't ghost.

Is it only on certain servers or all servers?

No, Like This Occurs while i am alive and playing. It will Go Completely Black Then Fade back in.
And Occurs In Most Servers.

Do you randomly keep adjusting your brightness for 1-5 sec then keep forgetting cause u got Alzheimer's?

Ok, is it the whole screen or does it fade but you can still see the HUD?

If it's the whole screen, you might have a LCD monitor that "power saves" and it's broken. My sweetass samsung LCD that cost me $300 had it's power saver option go bad. It starts off small but will get worse over time. One day it just won't start.

Thank You. It has a power save option and it looks like it was a bit screwy from the driver updates. i reset it back to factory settings and it appears to be okay :) thanks
