I bought Resistance 2 and rented Quantum of Solace.

Resistance 2:

i haven't played campaign. But, the multiplayer is a lot of fun like CS:S fun. It is a little less paced than COD4, but it is more addictive. The Boss Battles are epic. i only placed a 5 vs. 5 game. So, i haven't experienced the 30 vs. 30 action. The Magnum is amazing. awesome. the only thing that is sort of annoying is that the Magnum is the only pistol. So, u have 1 primary and a Magnum. Fun, must rent and buy if you have a PS3.

Quantum of Solace

It was supposed to reinvent Bond like Goldeneye. However, it doesn't. the missions are ok. the multiplayer is ok. When i played the game, I was disgusted at the fact that the multiplayer was the COD4 engine. IT SUCKED on Q of S. The only cool thing that the Bond game does is that their are multiple multiplayer modes like Golden Gun, Bond Evasion. So, its ok. Not worth $60. Only worth like 7-15 bucks. Multiplayer is pretty crappy and the game feels like shit.

FaR Cry 2

I am a big FC2 fan and i love the game. It is so much fun and is very interesting. I love the maps bigness and the multiplayer is pretty fun..

Mirror's Edge:

I played the demo. Not worth it. Too much hype. Could have been cool. But it is not.

If you are looking for great multiplayer FPS go for Resistance 2.

Looking for a good shooter with no aliens go Far Cry2

Looking for a good story and like FPS: go Fallout 3

Looking for a piece of shit game to get u through the weekend: go for Quantum of Solace.

Pretty cool. I like your reviews and opinions but the one I'm disagreeing with is Mirror's Edge. I personally loved it. There is one problem that I foresee people having with this game, it is in first person view so they expect it to play like a first person shooter. I'm not saying that is how you thought about it though. Here are the reasons I liked it.

1.It is unique. Granted Assassin's Creed (first one I could think of) did free running first but this takes it to a more interactive level.

2.The fact that its First person but focuses more on disarming and running away than actual shootouts.

3.Variety. Granted the goal is the same in each level, the path there is different. I played the demo three times and didn't take the same path twice.

4.Music. I liked the music don't ask me why.

5. Also the chick is hot.

There are some downsides to it like the actual shooting part but that's not what the games about. This is just my personal opinion of the demo. Hopefully it will be like that in the game.

Go, www.metacritic.com, they have awfull opinions about FarCry2, yet again i bought the game and i loved it, fallout 3 ITS NOT just that GOOD, its F*CKING AWESOME, i hate how people can say its Oblivion with guns, its not even like it, dude you have the V.A.T.S system, you have the NPC's saying bad words, did you heard anyone in the F*CKING oblivion world say, what the F*CK do you want?, its totally different, maybe the system points, but the gore its off the hook with the bloodymess perk, that game is a must have. I dont play demos, demos is like going to a bar and getting a free lapdance without the F*CKING, i better F*CK what's on my home, and when i can F*CK that shit, ill just do it.

Far Cry 2 really depends on the person. It's very awesome at first but for some, it can get repetitive.

For anyone who has the game, how many diamond cases have you collected without looking them up?

Mirror's Edge seems really innovative and fun. The point of the game is not really a shooter.

LOL, it is supposed to be real time RPG dude, in TF2 you put a soldier missile (crit missile) to a heavys head and he dosnt die, but when you got bloodymess perk and a combat shotgun, after the third hit point blank headshot to the head hits, its magical. If you dont eyaculate prematurely, trust me, that will.
