whats the public message thing that flashes at the top?

But I missed most of it except that it was from the BIG MAN. How does it pop up and how can I go back and read what it says? Go to your profile and scroll way down the page and you'll see a block that says "broadcast public message". Anyone can send one at anytime. They expire after a while so you don't see hundred of them when you login after a week. _________________
