Post CPU Fan?
I'm getting a new CPU fan for my dad because his current one whines/makes weird noises, and sucks at cooling(stock fan).

His case has a "duct" on the side, which provides a direct vent to the outside of the case.
Looks somewhat like this:

I was thinking of picking one of these two, what do you guys think? Price doesn't matter:

I have (had) the same duct on my case, but had to remove it when I installed this beast:

Unless you're overclocking, the fan shouldn't matter much. Cheaper the better. I went a little overboard on mine and I can feel the breeze on my leg. 2 120mm case fans, a fan on each video card, and that monster cpu fan. I'd have to set a fire inside the case for it to ever heat up.

I'm sure that setup was a coincidence.

I have a 250mm side-fan. Yeah, it's beastly.

Actually decided to order this one, as I realized the previous ones were too big:

But at the moment one of my hard drives decided it would be a good time to get fucked up. I'm typing this from a Live CD of Knoppix while I try and get most of the data off my 320GB HD and move it through my network to another computer, because Knoppix refuses to move it to my external 400GB HD.

And just when I was planning on playing some TF2 =(
