The rule has been written and put to order since then, this just shows that most newly elected members tend to go over the line because they do not read/learn the rules and regulations. Except for gay ass kano because he's kano and that is his role, to be banned then unbanned 5 times in a year provided he make us LOL. So "OwnedMost" goes to vendetta.
