Comments: Noob fest is the best server that I have been on. People play for fun. Other servers people have awp's shoved up their asses, crazy rules of no joking around, or swearing. Also the Admins are good on Noobfest. Many servers have hackers galore and the Admins are retarded or friends of the hackers and help them. Good laughs and fun is what CSS is meant for. There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
