 Logitech G5 and CSS

Post Logitech G5 and CSS
Anyone using the logitech G5? Im using that mouse and for some reason mouse4 and mouse5 dont work in game. They work outside of CSS including CZ but not CSS... dunno why?

I have mouse4 and 5 to generic button in the logitech settings set up program dilly and set to setpoint config. Any help would be appriciated

Try one of these two:

1. Disable/Close Xfire if you have it.

2. Exit setpoint by rightclicking it on the bottom right side of the screen. Now restart it by going to Start > Allprograms > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Keyboard and Mouse settings. Right click on that and run as administrator.

After screwing around with my MX510 software for awhile, I just decided to uninstall it and don't really see the point in using it anymore.

I had that problem with my MS 6000, what I did was to disable those buttons config on control panel/mouse setings and they work with any game.

i bought a g5 and i had nothing but trouble with it the scroll wheel was basicly useless and i had other issues with it in different games i tryed not using setpoint and a host of other fixes to no avail... i did end up fixing the problem though i went back to best buy returned that POS and got a dimaond death adder... works great now :)

Yeah the software sucks ass.I got the g3 its the same mouse just the shape is made for lefties and small handers.I have small hands and a big wiener.

i hate the copperhead, i bought that and tried to return it. missy liked it however, so i gave it to her. the g5 is definatly much better for me. the mouse thing cleared up on its own which is the reason i stop checking what to do.. its weird

g5 is bad news......it misses alot of the movements when you snap your wrists for awp shots or an ak snapshot.....even at higher dpi...i recommend buying urself a logitech G9 ugliest F*CKING mouse youve ever seen but it doesnt skip a beat even at the lowest dpi.
