but other than that, coach is right, the council and elders dont really want to sit around all day and only watch to see if an admin deserves a promotion, if someone asks for one THEN we will look at their proformance and see if they should really get one...

You have to understand where he's coming from, at first when I saw "request a promotion" I was like "Uh... kay." But, it makes sense now I suppose.

Either way, promotions are brought up by people during meetings, you have to be exceptional to be promoted, no longer do you just have to want it.

Sorry to be all late in this conversation, but I was kind of gone. Anyways...I know when we're in a meeting, when it gets brought up as to who deserves to be promoted, we usually draw blanks...but if we have a list as to who's asking for one, it's easier to get a grasp as to where to start, if this makes sense.
