Also the icon at the top, this isn't anything serious, I just happened to notice it.


The first shape is a circle so it should carry on, it forms a square. I dont think most people would notice.
The bevel also seems a little to big on the sides.

You noticed that too? I noticed it when I first laid eyes on the new layout (which is really great!). Then again, I can notice really small things.

Yes i know you guys mean on this one but I really don't think this is a big deal so i will leave for now. My concern was really the left menu because after i fixed JFOBP said it was still there.

I don't know if this has already been addressed, but on the "Site Navigation" menu on the left, the "Home" and "Source Stats" show up in smaller fonts than Forums/Downloads/KILL Stats. Also, I'm not sure why it's "KILL Stats" instead of "Kill Stats," but it doesn't bother me TOO much.

The new issue pointed above has been fixed.

I still say the text in the 4 bars at the top still doesn't look great (home, account,forums, downloads)

-It doesnt look proprotinal to the site.

-Its almost hard to read.

We may need to wait on the flas =h mod for the text. It could be an opportunity for us to make them drop-down when you mouse over them, showing the submenu items. That could give us the change to re-work the modules that are shown on each page.

I agree with you about that and i think i know exactly what that is. If you compare to the one on the PM for instance the fonts are totally different and the size really match the buttons. I think because this one is a dynamic text it get changed so i will look into it.

I love the forums

-There's a rectangle above the menu above the forums, and it takes up a lot of space when we already have the menu for the forums with the label.
-don't bring the animation back. I like the basic setup where I don't have to wait for anything to load.
-I like the bottom left scrolling text, but perhaps we could make it wider and put some other DL's, links or information on there
-does CS:Source seem like it lags when you move? I played for the first time last night and it seems like my keyboard is glitchy, but maybe they just built that into the game, which would be really gay.

I haven't been surfing the site yet, but I like the front page setup.

I didnt know I was at the right site when I first tried getting on yesterday (I'm on vacation)...so yeah...I think it looks really good. Keep it up!

I click the pages all the time. At random times I scroll down the page, click on a blank portion of the page and it shoots me back to the top, it's really annoying.

Also: make the maxium avatar width = 100,120 or 150, because I HATE having to scroll over.

hey shotokan, do you know if its possible to add the BF servers and the new fear server to the list on the main page so we can see whos on, i think it would help get ppl to play on all the servers and not just the CS ones

You got to be a little more detailed to me. wichi pages were you clicking? what blank portions? so i can try to reproduce the issue and see what is going on.

I will try to investigate that and see if is possible.

I think what kicked means is that if the page isn't fully loaded and you scroll down it automatically scrolls up when it loads, but that's only what I think he means.

I like the new site and everything, but I want to make a few suggestions.

Instead of having two different menus, one on the left and one on the top, you should just have all of those links on the top. Categorize them, and make them into drop down menus, like Corpse said.

home | forums | downloads (submenus: Condition Zero, Battlefield 2, World of Warcraft, Wallpapers, etc.) | stats (submenus: CZ, BF2, F.E.A.R., etc.) | and so on

I dunno, something kind of like that. This would also expand the navigation buttons past the blinking n00bfest and make it look better and more stretched out, right now everything looks like it is grouped into the top left hand corner up there.
