Second ones letters look more chaotic/demonic (ie. the font does) so personally I'd go with number two.

i got to redo the font when i get home anyways cuz i only have stock fonts on my work computer. i got like a crapton of fonts at home i can play with.

IMO the text color doesn't match the backround to well. The turqoise(sp?) wich may add that contrast to it just doesn't seem to fit in with the picture.
