 my computer is messed up i won't be on for few days getting computer fixed just tried to play cz and my computer just restarts on its own every time i play cz now my desktop is blank the ownly way to get to my applications is through windows task manager its pissing me off i am going to give it a reinstall to see if that helps (but dont think it will) and if that does not work will have to send my computer off to get fixed :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: so as soon as possible will prob have to get my old pc out and play that :roll: we will see

yea i hate when that kind of stuff happens and you cant run anything so irratating, but if your willing to lose all your files reinstall windows....WAIT!!! did you try system restore??? it always helps!

It sounds like somethin keeps kicking off your windows explorer program. Next time it's black, look for explorer.exe in your task manager. If it's not there, click run program (or something like that) and put in "explorer.exe". And also, don't get too excited, it's probably just a virus messing things up for ya.

just go to the task manager and goto run then type explorer.exe that should fix it
