Yeah, probably, but people with epilepsy don't go out to places where there are going to be lots of flashing lights.
It only does that for the first ten minutes of a few nighttime hours.

i read somewhere where they said it takes a crap load of money to light it up prolly the reason they only do it for 10 mins and not an hour, anyway nice vid.
