Nope. If you check Vacbanned.com and search for his SteamID, you can see it in the big red letters.

too lazy for that. but i always had a feeling this guy hacked. when he first came here he ran around knifing kids a lot but wasn't THAT good otherwise. then i noticed he started getting alot more kills and headshots specifically. but i don't really kno what to look for in a hacker, it was just a feeling. and since all the higher ups didn't see it in him i thought i must just b mindfucking myself lol.

You get that feeling often and it is probably true. Or you're just not thinking about other people and how they might do things or think.

i had admin at the time too but, really, im not that good at the game so i don't kno a hacker unless his screen is spinning the F*CK out or it's upside down. other than that i tell another admin to watch.

I knew he was hacking the first week I played vs him in pubs, just on the account of how he was pre-firing in certain ways. I wasn't in the habit of taking demos, but Valve took care of that issue for me.
