 Re: n00bfest.com GUI V1.0 is here! Purty kickin, it might not be working(auto-install) becuase:
1.) when you double-clicked "steam name here" you forgot the "\" before your name (becuas ei tdelet's that too)
2.) But, since most of you aren't that retarded: the files aren't correctly linked. After the last "\", you need to add cstrike.
That fixes it (If you didn't get it.)

Re: n00bfest.com GUI V1.0 is here! you dont need to add cstrike at the end, because the installer overwrites the cstrike directory.
In most cases it is simpler to overwrite one folder with many inside, than have four folders to overwrite, I'll double-check the install path, and make sure it's correct, then release an updated version. I will edit this post once it's done.
EDIT: Updated the installer, hopefully it works.

Re: n00bfest.com GUI V1.0 is here! Make sure that it's installing to the correct folder.. if not.. .browse for the location of your counter strike source folder, and select it as its destination.

Do you see a materials/scripts/resource (those are the 3 right?) folders in: C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\steamaccountname\counter-strike:source ? if so, select them, and drag them into the cstrike folder. _________________ [n00b] ??? props to acid.... he either made a breakthrough or this is some sorta GUI-hack he created to control our STEAM's!!! AHHHHHHH IM SO SCUURED!!! BUT I CANT SAY NO!!!!! AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

If you currently use the UI via the manual install, delete it first, then try the auto-install again, and let me know if it works!
