No, it doesn't. That's what I was trying to remember about! I knew I needed to say something about that server. Other than that, it runs really damn good!

Yeah, team balance needs to be fixed. Also, on the old server, something was in place that made it where we weren't kicked after being afk for two rounds, could we get that set back up as well?

The new server hates me. It made my ping jup 50+ from around 50-60 to 100+ now, and I can really feel the difference. If I strafe too fast, the game doesn't seem to be able to keep up, and when I die, the bullet seems to have hit my last position (not updated position). Ping is normal and no abnormalities in the elite, though.

/support ban reborn.

- Increased the "warmup round" from 30s to 45s, as there were a lot of people having trouble making it in for the live pistol round with it at 30s.
- Increased the threshold for the AFK manager to 3 rounds or 5 minutes, whichever comes first.
- Fixed the mapcycle, so 'nominate' should now show the custom maps
- Fixed the c4timer (set to 35s now)
- Fixed autoteambalance
- Performed a few other tweaks and things... you'll see.

Awesome server. My ping is 30ms less than to the old one, so for that alone I'm thankful. I'm also thankful that Reborn pings worse, so that maybe he can play more on everyone else's level instead of being godlike.

I was going to mention the C4 timer seemed long but you nailed it.

server is great been playing it a lot. i assume it's my computer but the other day their were some nasty lag spikes on certain maps someone else mentioned it but probably just me..otherwise servers fantastic thanks guy ♥

I was thinking about that too Loke. Most times it can't be helped, such as if 2 people were in a fight just before the round re-set. To me, the only solution is a 1 second delay at the beginning of each round. But that would potentially change the dynamics of the server a lot.

Like dirkdeagler said, the only good solution to reducing spawn attacking is adding a tiny amount of freezetime which won't happen. I'm against spawn protection because there are sometimes valid reasons to be shooting at the very end of the round - though usually it's just morons being morons.

heyz... umm, im getting the same problems as Reborn. Not cool at all =/. It seems like the lag occurs most when a HE grenade goes off. Its just unstable for me. My ping is lower, but my net graph says its higher??? kinda weird. Hope it goes away.

Reborn and Killow, do this:
Start -> Run -> type "CMD" -> hit enter

You should have a command prompt window open; it'll say something like "C:\Documents and Settings\Yourname"

Type "cd desktop" and hit enter.

The prompt should change to "C:\Documents and Settings\Yourname\Desktop"

Then run this: "tracert 72.249.124.50 > trace.txt"

The cursor is going to hang for a minute or two. When you get your prompt back, check your desktop. You'll have a textfile called "trace" -- paste its contents into this thread.
