At some point, you won't really notice the difference from a client-side point of view. We could have said we're running quad core i7s with 32gb ddr5 (the hot shit thats not even out yet) and the gameplay would be the same. Source has inherent (source dedicated server only runs in 32-bit mode) and artificial caps (lag compensation) on certain things to guarantee equal gameplay for the entire server so it really doesn't make a difference after a certain point. The hardware that you guys paid for is more than enough for smooth gameplay for multiple clients on multiple servers. _________________ |
