What games are currently the best for multiplayer? And if possible not FPS-types, unless they're 007-for-the-n64 fun opposed to MW or the like.

Dirk, play little big planet. It looks really childish, but it is the BEST [multiplayer-platform] game I've ever played in my life. Lots of laughs, you can play with a lot of friends, and the 2nd LBP is coming out soon hopefully, and it really looks awesome. Give it a try dude!

SOCOM used to be the shit on ps2. I herd that the third one for the ps3 wasn't that good but the 4th one looks good. Might want to try the 4th one when it comes out. If i get it ill let you know how it is.

You gotta buy Metal Gear Solid. It's both fps and 3ps, but seriously, if you play it on a HD screen, this game is a must.

I will be buying GT5 regardless of whether it has multiplayer. I'll look into little big planet.
