Couple of things here.

1) The format is mandatory for any type of proccess, whether it be an unban or an unmute. So we kindly asked you to fill it out. That isn't really too much to ask of you if you really want to get unmuted.

2) Do you know who muted you? If so, please let me know as I will contact said person and speak to them directly.

3) I understand your frustration with what happened. However, it is a rule on our server clearly stated in our MOTD; "Respect women and children." Women can cross the line, I know this because I am one. But that does not mean that you need to call them out on it. You could have easily told an admin to make her be quiet, which would have been a better solution to this problem. And if you do get unmuted, I would highly recommend doing this in the future.
