1. In-game alias- 5dollafreshness
2. Steam ID- STEAM_0:1:25768531
3. Time/date of the ban It was like a year ago i think
4. Server where ban occurred. the regular n00bfest server
5. Who banned you? idk
6. What were you banned for? My cuz used my acct and wallhacked
7. Comments:

I have 2 accts for CS. I have one for all my games and regular use. The other one I let my cuz use. But he used a wallhack, so he got my acct banned. Please can you unban my secondary acct. My cuz will never use this account again. Thanks
