No need to be a dick to this guy; he followed the format, said he'd follow the rules if given a second chance, waited patiently, and his request was approved. I wish all unban requests went this way. I'd certainly approve more of them if people weren't suck dickheads about their unban request. Since this guy was cool, I'm gonna reciprocate.
