 Name Confusion ban Hiya, was just playing on De_Train and a guy came in spamming his mic. He was kicked, came back; then changed his name to the same as mine and proceeded to spam screaming. Both him and I were banned, obviously because he was loud as F*CK and whatever.

So if you used a name ban, couldn't you just change your name and reenter the server? Which begs the question, whats the best ban type? I would think steam ID, then IP, then name, because steam ID cost to obtain and less likely to be bypassed, IP addresses can be changed as can names.
Thoughts?

I believe that @ban 0 nantuko would have banned his steamID by default.
